AS.T002 ProD05001D-V2.1 is a frequency division card for the Astar S8 all-in-one inverter of STAR, suitable for asynchronous motors. Instructions for use
Set the maintenance speed: Set the elevator maintenance speed to 0.25m/s, and the elevator is in the maintenance state of the machine room.
Run to the lower limit switch action: Run the elevator down to the lower limit switch action, and confirm that the relevant signals on the SM-01 mainboard have been activated.
Keep the safety circuit open: Keep the safety circuit open.
Confirm that the elevator can travel safely: Confirm that the elevator can travel safely throughout the entire shaft.
Enter the shaft self-learning mode: Enter the shaft self-learning mode on the LCD operator.
Automatically record the position: The elevator will automatically run upward at the inspection speed and automatically record the position of each leveling plug, the upper and lower limit switches, and the upper and lower terminal forced deceleration switches.
Display relevant information: In the shaft self-learning mode, the LCD operator will automatically display relevant floor indications, speed and other information.
End the shaft learning program: When the elevator travels to the upper limit switch, the system automatically ends the shaft learning program, and the shaft learning end interface is displayed on the LCD operator. After saving the shaft self-learning data, return the display on the LCD operator to the status window.
Common Problems
When the elevator stops during self-learning operation, the upper single-layer forced slow switch does not work, or is not in the door area (no leveling switch works).
The number of leveling plugs is inconsistent with the number of floors set by the parameters.
The position of the detected terminal switch action point is unreasonable.
