1. Site Assessment
This elevator modernization project began with a comprehensive site assessment of the customer’s existing elevator system. Although the traction machine was rated at 38 kW, on-site measurements showed that a 55 kW control cabinet was required for stable operation. The elevator had a 6-meter floor height and a 207 V brake voltage, making it a non-standard system that needed a customized elevator modernization solution.

2. Modernization Plan
Based on the site conditions, our engineering team created a tailor-made elevator modernization plan. The design included a 55 kW Monarch NICE3000+ control cabinet with integrated ARD (Automatic Rescue Device) and UCMP (Unintended Car Movement Protection) for enhanced safety. The COP (Car Operating Panel) was customized with the customer’s logo, while the LOP was upgraded to a wall-mounted design for easier installation and maintenance. The control box retained its full-height configuration — fully meeting the customer’s elevator modernization requirements.

3. Implementation & Delivery
After the required elevator modernization equipment was customized, we first shared photos with the customer for confirmation. Once approved, we arranged air transport to Dubai and provided all necessary documentation. Upon delivery, our engineers offered remote technical guidance during installation, wiring, and commissioning, ensuring smooth implementation of the elevator modernization system.

4. Results & Summary
Through this elevator modernization, we delivered a safe, reliable, and high-performance solution that met all on-site requirements. The upgraded system improved operational stability, enhanced safety, and provided a professional, branded appearance.
