1. Control System Upgrade: Phasing out outdated control systems, improving operational efficiency and reliability, and incorporating self-diagnosis functions to reduce sudden malfunctions.

 

2. Improved Running Stability: Replacing severely worn traction wheel, guide wheels, and steel ropes, and installing new shock absorption devices to effectively reduce operational noise and vibration, enhancing riding comfort.

 

3. Energy Efficiency Optimization: Some communities, where conditions permit, have also opted for permanent magnet synchronous gearless traction machines to replace traditional hosts, significantly reducing energy consumption.

After the renovation, residents reported that their riding experience was "much smoother and quieter, the buttons respond faster, and most importantly, we feel more at ease." Such renovation projects are ubiquitous in major cities across the country, effectively addressing safety hazards in old elevators and enhancing residents' well-being and sense of security. These are tangible projects that benefit the people. This trend is expected to continue in the coming years.
