E22 is a "leveling signal abnormality or wire rope slippage" fault, and it is necessary to specifically troubleshoot mechanical and signal system problems.

‌I. Core Troubleshooting Steps‌ ‌Verify whether the wire rope is slipping‌ ‌Marking Comparison Method‌: 
‌① When the elevator is leveling, use a marker to mark the overlap between the wire rope and the traction wheel (the wire rope is marked as A, and the traction wheel is marked as A'); ‌② Let the elevator run up and down at least once and return to the original floor to observe whether the two marks overlap; ‌③ ‌Judgment Criteria‌: If the mark offset exceeds 10cm, it is confirmed that the wire rope is slipping. ‌Treatment Measures‌: ‌Increase the wire rope tension and adjust the traction wheel wrap angle (professional tools are required); ‌If there is oil on the wire rope, clean it thoroughly with kerosene and wipe it dry. ‌ ‌Check the leveling signal system‌
‌Leveling sensor detection‌:
① Clean the dust or foreign matter on the surface of the leveling sensor (magnetic switch or photoelectric switch);
