How to change Elevator brake?

Replacing the elevator brake requires the following steps:
Preparation:
Ensure that the elevator is in a safe state, cut off the elevator power, and hang a "no closing" warning sign.
Prepare the required tools and spare parts, such as new brakes, hex wrenches, measuring tools, etc.
Remove the old brake:
Remove the cover hub of the brake.
Measure and record the position of the adjustment sleeve as needed so that the original setting is maintained after replacement.
Remove the adjustment sleeve, main spring and other related parts using appropriate tools.
Loosen the brake power cable and remove the connector from the motor terminal box (if necessary).

Remove the nut and back cover that secure the brake.
Pull out the electromagnet, but do not remove it completely for later installation.
Install the new brake:
Remove the old brake pads and clean the brake mounting area.
Install the new brake pads, ensuring the correct number and accurate installation position.
Push the electromagnet back into place with the armature close to the new brake pad.
Install the back cover and tighten the nut that was previously removed.
Install the main spring and adjustment sleeve and adjust them to the appropriate position according to the previous record.
Reconnect the brake power cable and ensure that the connection is secure.
Inspection and testing:
Connect the power supply and operate the brake several times to check whether it is operating normally.
Check the brake clearance and braking torque for compliance.
Make necessary adjustments to ensure smooth and safe elevator operation.

Finishing work:
Clean up the site and return the used tools and spare parts to their original places.
Remove the warning sign and resume normal use of the elevator.
