The elevator door machine is a mechanism responsible for opening and closing the elevator hall car door. When it receives the elevator door opening and closing signals, the elevator door machine controls the door opening motor through its own control system, converts the torque generated by the motor into a force in a specific direction, and closes or opens the door. When the force preventing the door from closing is greater than 150N, the door machine automatically stops closing the door and opens the door in the opposite direction, which plays a certain role in door closing protection.
The working principle of the elevator door involves multiple components and systems, mainly including the following aspects:
1. Door structure: The elevator door usually consists of two parts, namely the car door and the floor door. The car door is located at the entrance of the elevator car, while the floor door is located at the elevator door opening on each floor. Their design and construction are usually sliding doors or folding doors to achieve the functions of opening and closing.
2. Door operating system: The door operating system consists of a motor, a switch, a transmission device and a controller, etc., which are used to control the opening and closing of the elevator door. When the elevator runs to the target floor, the door operating system receives a signal and drives the door to open and close electrically.
3. Door lock system: In order to ensure the safety of the elevator door during operation, the door lock system is used to fix and release the position of the door. When the door is closed, the door lock system will lock the door to avoid accidental opening, and release the door lock when it is opened.
4. Door track system: The door track system consists of guide rails and guide devices to guide and support the movement of the elevator door. The guide rails are located on both sides of the elevator door opening, and the door slides along the guide rails through the guide device to maintain a stable movement trajectory.
5.Safety devices: In order to ensure the safety of passengers and equipment, the elevator door is also equipped with multiple safety devices. Common safety devices include light curtain sensors, mechanical triggers, safety edges and limit switches. They are used to detect the position of the door, prevent people from being pinched, prevent the door from closing in the wrong position, etc., to ensure the safety of the elevator door.
During operation, the elevator door will open and close according to the signal and the instructions of the controller. When the elevator reaches the target floor, the floor door opens, the car door opens synchronously, and passengers can enter and exit the car. After the appropriate time, the elevator door will close and remain locked, and then the elevator will continue to run to the next floor or press the request of other passengers.
It should be noted that the specific working principle of the elevator door may vary depending on the type and manufacturer of the elevator. When using the elevator, please strictly follow the elevator's operating procedures and ensure that you maintain safety precautions when riding the elevator.
