The traction machine nameplate and car picture at the customer site are as follows. Although the power is only 38KW, according to the current, our technical team discussed and needed to match the 55KW control cabinet. At the same time, the customer's floor height is 6M/floor, and the brake voltage is 207V, which is a non-standard elevator. The customer also needs matching ARD and UCMP functions. After understanding the basic information, our technical team discussed and customized the product. Provide products that meet customer on-site requirements. At the same time, the lop with a bottom shell was replaced with a more convenient wall-mounted type. The control box still maintains the customer's full height solution. Customized size.
After the preliminary confirmation, we customized the 55KW control cabinet of Monarch NICE3000+ and the COP with the customer's logo, and customized the matching ARD for this power. Customized products will have a delivery date. After preparing all the products, we will first send pictures to the customer for confirmation. All products are tested before shipment and test videos are provided. Then arrange air transportation to Dubai Airport and assist the customer in providing the information he needs.
After the goods arrive at the site, we inform the customer to install the control cabinet, ARD cable, operation box, external call, etc. After all are installed, we will carry out the final commissioning. We provide technical support during the commissioning process to help the customer further complete the project and show it to the end user. Acceptance passed.
