1.Component Layout:
The encoder should be kept 10cm away from high-interference source equipment (such as inverters and transformers), or be isolated by metal partitions.
The module that communicates with the encoder should be kept 3cm away from high-interference source components, or be isolated by metal partitions.
2.Grounding protection:
The cable shielding layer should be grounded at one end at the signal receiving end. If the grounding protection is not good, a separate grounding wire needs to be connected.
When connecting over long distances, add yellow-green wires as equipotential compensation wires.
3.Cable wiring:
Communication cables should be kept away from equipment with severe magnetic field interference, and laid separately from power cables and high-power cables.
The cables inside and outside the electrical cabinet should be kept at a certain distance and laid reasonably to avoid overly long reserved cables.
Electrical wiring:
The encoder wires should be connected according to the parameter table, and unused wires should be insulated and wrapped separately.
Electrical wiring must be carried out when the power is completely off, and the power supply voltage must be within the rated range and stable.
