The installation steps of the KCZ-411A board can be summarized as follows:

‌1. Preparation‌

‌Tool preparation‌: Phillips screwdriver, anti-static wristband, cable management tool, cleaning tool.

‌Hardware inspection‌: Make sure that the motherboard, CPU, memory bar, graphics card (if any), storage device (SSD/HDD) and power supply are complete and in good condition.

‌2. Installation steps‌

‌Turn off the power and disassemble the chassis‌: Make sure the computer is turned off and unplug the power cord, and open the side panel of the chassis.

‌Install the motherboard support column‌: Install the corresponding support column in the chassis according to the size of the motherboard.

‌Install the I/O baffle‌: Align the I/O baffle with the reserved hole on the back of the chassis and fix it.

‌Place and fix the motherboard‌: Place the motherboard steadily, make sure the screw holes are aligned with the support column, and use screws to fix the motherboard.

‌Connect the power cord‌: Find the power interface on the motherboard and insert the power cord into the corresponding slot.

3.‌Power-on self-test‌

Press the POWER button to turn on the machine, and observe whether the LCD automatically tests and displays all symbols. After that, it should automatically calibrate and enter the resistance measurement mode, and display "OLΩ".

If there is an error when starting up, the "Er" symbol will be displayed. 

After the power-on self-test is completed, squeeze the trigger, open the jaws, clamp the circuit to be tested, and read the resistance value.

A random test ring can be used for inspection. The displayed value should be consistent with the nominal value of the test ring (such as 5.1Ω) to confirm that the meter is working properly.
