The elevator car display board is an important component inside the elevator. MCTC-HCB series board belongs to elevator car display board which is the standard and typical board used in Monarch system. The overall size of MCTC-HCB-F is: 144mm*70mm*21mm. It has the following features:
(1)horizontal display board
(2)Ultra-bright red 5*7 dot matrix display, the single one on the left shows the running direction, and the two side by side on the right show the high and low positions of the floor information respectively.
(3)Up and down button input, elevator lock, fire input; up and down button light output, up and down arrival light output.
(4)Button setting floor, support 56 floors calling.
(5)The inspection display shows "INS+floor", and the red light block lights up for overload warning.
Also, the board MCTC-HCB-F has the following functions:
Set floor address setting-S1: Press S1 once to display the floor address; each time it is pressed, the floor address increases by 1; Address setting range: 0-56, cyclic display and setting. After the setting is correct, the address number flashes three times and is automatically saved, and then switches to normal floor display status.
Program version number view-J9: Power on, short-circuit pins 1 and 2 of J9, the up and down button inputs are valid, and the program version number is displayed.
