I.Mitsubishi KCA-941A board test process
1.Preliminary preparation:
Power off: Make sure the main power supply and all circuit switches in the control cabinet are turned off1.
Remove plug-ins: Follow the instructions to remove the relevant plug-ins on the KCA-941A board, such as "RPJ" and "RPW", etc..
2.Insulation test:
Megaohmmeter low voltage test: Use a low-voltage megohmmeter to measure the secondary side insulation resistance to ground of all circuit switches in the control panel except for specific switches, and the insulation resistance to ground of the inverter output terminals.
3.Precautions:
Safe operation: When multiple elevators are group controlled and the group control power supply is not cut off, avoid touching the terminals and circuit breakers of the common power supply.

1.Unable to start: Check whether there is a load connected, which may be a short circuit or a power board failure.
