‌Mitsubishi KCR-630A board installation steps‌

Take off the base plate of the indoor unit and press it horizontally on the selected wall position.

Mark the hole positions indicated by the arrows around the base plate on the wall.

Drill holes with an electric drill and insert plastic expansion anchor bolts.

Use wood screws through the holes in the base plate, screw them into the expansion anchor bolts, and tighten the base plate.

Use angle iron or thick wood to make a bracket and fix the outdoor unit.

Connect the refrigerant pipes and control wires between the indoor and outdoor units.

Connect the wires according to the electrical schematic and wiring diagram.

Confirm that the terminal colors match and check carefully after connection.

Tighten the outdoor unit joint and loosen the valve stem of the shut-off valve with a wrench.

After hearing the joint squeak, tighten the joint and loosen the valve stem.

Use detergent to check for leaks, and tighten the valve cap after ensuring there is no leakage.
