Elevator car Communication board ThyssenKrupp MF3-S Elevator pcb
The car communication board is an electrical board that displays the floor, buttons, and other switches inside the car and determines the location of the car.
Thyssen Elevator Board MF3,
There is no chip by default, and the chip generally uses the original old board.
MF3 long chip, MF3-C, MF3-S, these three use long chip, MF3 square chip uses square chip.
Feature description
Power input: typically 24VDC;
Operating voltage range DC 9~40V;
Power consumption: excluding input/output, less than or equal to 50mA when 24VDC voltage input;
Functional description
CAN bus communication:
Internal call button control:
In-car display control:
In-car input/output signal:
MF3-S conducts real-time CAN BUS serial communication with TCM mainboard (such as MC2) to exchange data between car control and elevator control mainboard (such as TCM-MC2);
MF3-S has designed call button control for floors 1-8. If the elevator is higher than 8 floors, MF4-S board is required for expansion;
MF3-S board decodes CAN BUS data packets from the mainboard, and then provides correct display information to the car display board (such as GMA9-S) through a specific data interface;
MF3-S board provides some basic input signals, which are processed by MF3-S and sent to the elevator control mainboard, such as basic operation signals in the car: car priority, maintenance up/down, door opening and closing in place, etc.; At the same time, MF3-S also designs some basic output signals,
MF3-S uses CAN-BUS Receive information from the control main board and output it correctly, such as overload operation, open/close door signals, up/down arrival clocks, etc.
