Aluminum Escalator Moving Walkway Pallet 1000mm
Gray painted aluminum moving walkway pallet (1000mm) with 2 yellow demarcation stripes. It is compatible with almost all leading escalator & moving walkway brands, including KONE, OTIS, Mitsubishi, Thyssen, CANNY, and SJEC. New model: FY-TB1000B; old model: FY-TB1000. The differences are as follows:
The difference between the FY-TB1000 and FY-TB1000B moving walkway pallets lies in the structure on the underside of the pallet. The FY-TB1000B features a reduced number of top rods and the removal of the “米”-shaped ribs. In addition, the main reinforcing ribs of the B version are 1mm higher, resulting in improved structural strength.
The undersides of the two moving walkway pallets differ only in the structure of the reinforcing ribs; the installation dimensions remain identical.
The front surfaces of the two moving walkway pallets are identical in appearance, and the installation dimensions are the same.
On the new moving walkway pallet FY-TB1000B, the top rods and main reinforcing ribs are connected in a diamond-shaped structure, effectively distributing stress around the top rods.
On the old moving walkway pallet FY-TB1000, the top rods are circular, and the junction between the main ribs and top rods has stress concentration points.
On the old moving walkway pallet FY-TB1000, the top rods are circular, and the junction between the main ribs and top rods has stress concentration points.
On the new FY-TB1000B moving walkway pallet, the top rods are flush with or lower than the main ribs, preventing stress concentration.
On the old FY-TB1000 moving walkway pallet, the top rods are higher than the main ribs, creating stress points at the junction between the top rods and main ribs.
Moving Walkway Pallet: Parameter Differences of New FY-TB1000B vs Old FY-TB1000
1. The number and positions of the top rods on the underside of the pallets are different.
2. The height and design of the rear reinforcing ribs differ: 81.5mm for the FY-TB1000, 82mm for the FY-TB1000B.
3. The height of the reinforcing ribs at the installation positions on both ends differs: 46mm for the FY-TB1000, 50.3mm for the FY-TB1000B.
