DESCRIPTION
Monadrive Elevator Traction Machine MONA450
The working principle of the traction machine is based on the simple mechanical principle in physics. It is driven by a motor to convert electrical energy into mechanical energy, which in turn drives the rotation of the traction rope. The traction rope is connected to the car and the counterweight, and the car is raised and lowered through the rotation of the traction machine. The motor in the traction machine is its power source, and the common ones are AC motors and DC motors.
The traction machine is mainly composed of the following parts:
Motor: Provides power source, usually AC asynchronous motor or DC motor.
Reducer: Reduces the speed and increases the torque through gear transmission to meet the needs of the traction wheel.
Traction wheel: One of the core components, connected to the car through a rope (wire rope) to achieve power transmission.
Brake: Used to stop the rotation of the traction machine to ensure the safety and stability of the elevator when it stops.
Electrical control system: Including controllers, relays, etc., responsible for controlling the start and stop of the motor, speed adjustment, etc.
